What's covered under your Lorry Sticker warranty?
We offer two warranty types: (1) 2-year color & material warranty — covers color fading and premature discoloration from the installation date. (2) 7-day workmanship warranty — covers air bubbles and adhesion issues (must be reported within 7 days). Warranty only applies when installed by our team, and to the original purchaser + the vehicle on the invoice (non-transferable). Not covered: paint peel / weakened clear coat damage, excessive heat or UV exposure, high-pressure washing, acid rain, tree sap, road debris, impact/abrasion, and normal wear-and-tear (minor scratches, surface dirt, slight edge lifting). Clean with mild soap + water only — abrasive brushes, alcohol-based or petrol-based cleaners void the warranty. To claim: submit in writing with photo evidence within 14 days of the issue being identified; if approved, we rework or replace covered items at no cost.
